Order Processing
We partner with DHL and USPS, to process and ship all orders.

Orders placed before 12:00 PM (Thursday and Friday) are processed the same business day.

Orders placed after Sunday-Wednesday or after 12:00 PM, Thursday-Sunday weekends, or on holidays will be processed the next business day.

Processing times may be extended during product launches, sales, or high-volume periods.
Shipping Restrictions (Alcohol & Dangerous Goods)
Because our perfumes contain alcohol, they are classified as dangerous goods. For safety and regulatory compliance:

All shipments must be sent via Ground Service only.

We cannot offer air shipping, expedited air options, or international air shipments.

Some regions may have additional restrictions depending on local carrier rules.
Shipping Times
Ground delivery times vary based on your location. Once your order ships, you’ll be notified with tracking information. Delivery estimates provided at checkout are estimates only and may vary due to carrier delays or volume surges.

Delivery Problems
Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. We are not responsible for:

Delays caused by carriers

Lost, stolen, or misdelivered packages

Additional fees due to incorrect or incomplete addresses
If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, reshipment fees will apply.
Order Changes & Cancellations
Because orders move quickly through our 3PL, we cannot guarantee changes once an order is submitted. If you need assistance, contact us immediately at Lesmooreperfumers@gmail.com and we will do our best to help before the order ships.
Damages & Issues
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos so we can resolve the issue promptly.
